Loughborough Logic is an informal discussion group that aims to provide a humorous and friendly forum for debating "the Big Questions" about "Life, the Universe and Everything".

Many people regularly wonder about many of the fascinating questions of the universe and life but don't get the chance to sit around and discuss them in a rational open-minded forum. The aim of Loughborough Logic is to give people the place and time and see what happens.

Meeting formats will vary, sometimes just a chat, sometimes a discussion of an agreed topic or current issues, and on other occasions involving speakers or panellists who know something about the subject or have an interesting opinion on it. Anyone and everyone is welcome to come along and to ask whatever relevant questions they like. These are not "boffin's workshops", the only rule being that everyone should be prepared to listen to all points of view.
